This Privacy Policy describes how Charla, registered under CNPJ No. 52.508.038/0001-73 (“Charla”, “we”), processes the personal data collected through this website, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, LGPD).

Scope of this policy

This Policy covers the personal data collected through this website. The processing of data inside the Charla platform, where we act as a processor, is governed by the Platform Terms of Use (section B, clause 9) and by the agreement and data processing addendum signed with each customer.

Data we collect

We collect only the data that is strictly necessary:

  • Contact data you provide when reaching our sales team: name, phone/WhatsApp, e-mail, and the content of your message.
  • Technical browsing data logged automatically by our infrastructure (IP address, browser type, access date and time) in server and CDN logs.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising technologies.

How we use your data

  • Respond to sales and support requests.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and its security.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

The applicable legal bases are, as the case may be, consent, the performance of pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest, and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7 of the LGPD).

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers (for example, Google Cloud Platform).
